You're in Safe Hands

Debbie Harvie - Founder (BSc (Hons), MTh, MICA, FIoL)
My own experiences of harm and recovery taught me that passion alone doesn’t make a mission safe. Real impact comes when people and policy work together — when action is matched with accountability. That conviction is the heartbeat of Mission Impact.
Over the past two decades, I’ve worked across the faith sector, local government, and community initiatives, helping leaders strengthen governance, safeguarding, and organisational culture. I’m a Professional Member of the International Compliance Association and Fellow with the Institute of Leadership; a qualified assessor, trained counsellor, and I hold advanced training in theology, governance, management, data protection and trauma-informed practice.
Today, through Mission Impact, I bring those experiences and skills together to help leaders build safe, strategic, and sustainable organisations — where people thrive and missions endure.
