Strong Missions.
Safe Practice.
Lasting Impact.

Behind every resilient mission is a structure that’s safe, strategic, and sustainable.

Mission Impact helps purpose-driven leaders in the faith sector to build governance, resilience, and safety into everything they do.

Through consultancy and training across the essential areas of mission practice, Mission Impact equips leaders with the tools, frameworks, and confidence to lead with integrity, accountability and care.

Across the faith and voluntary sector, there is undeniable passion — but beneath the surface, signs of pain and strain that we cannot afford to ignore.

According to the Charity Commission’s latest data, 303 governance failures were reported in 2024–25 — almost double the 152 the year before. Governance concerns are the most reported issue for charities, followed by financial harm and safeguarding.

In September 2025, Charity Jobs released figures that 85% of charity workers have experienced vicarious trauma.

In the UK,1-in-5 registered charities are faith charities - 39% of these are double-defaulters, failing to submit their filings two years in a row. (Penington Law, 2025)

These are striking statistics and they call for action.
